How are dark cherries different to normal cherries?

dark cherries are a type of cherry that is typically darker in color than traditional cherries. These cherries can range in color from deep red to almost black, and they have a higher concentration of anthocyanins, which are responsible for their dark hue.

In addition to their distinctive coloring, dark cherries also tend to be sweeter and more flavorful than traditional cherries. They also have a shorter shelf life and are more delicate, so they are often sold fresh or used in baked goods rather than being canned or dried.

Whether you’re looking for a unique flavor or antioxidant-rich fruit, dark cherries are worth seeking out.

Do you remove the rind from Brie before baking?

Brie is a soft cheese that is typically made from cow’s milk. It has a white, edible rind that is made of mold. Brie is often used in baking because it melts well and provides a creamy texture. The rind of Brie can be eaten, and you will not notice it once the cheese is baked with fruit. However, if you prefer, you can cut the rind off before baking.

Brie pairs well with many different fruits, so experiment to find your favorite combination. Whether you leave the rind on or not, Brie makes a delicious addition to any baked dish.
